Refund & Return Policy

This Refund & Return Policy governs all purchases made through Global Edge (“Company,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). The Company is registered and operates under the laws of the State of Texas, United States.


1. No Refund Policy

All sales are final and non-refundable.

Once an order has been confirmed, processed, or delivered, no refunds, cancellations, or order reversals will be permitted under any circumstances. By placing an order, the customer expressly agrees to this policy.


2. Product Testing & Condition at Dispatch

  • All products are fully tested and inspected prior to dispatch.

  • Products are shipped in working condition and packaged in accordance with industry-standard logistics and safety practices.

  • Where applicable, third-party testing or verification documentation may be provided; however, availability is not guaranteed and does not constitute a warranty.


3. Exchange Policy – Damaged Goods Only

Exchanges are strictly limited to cases involving physical damage occurring during transit.

To qualify for an exchange, all of the following conditions must be met:

  • Damage must be clearly visible physical damage at the time of delivery

  • The issue must be reported within 24–48 hours of receipt

  • Clear photographic and/or video evidence must be submitted

  • The product must be returned in its original condition, including:

    • Original packaging

    • All accessories

    • Manuals and documentation

Failure to comply with any of the above requirements will result in automatic rejection of the exchange request.


4. Non-Eligible Cases

Exchanges will not be accepted for the following, including but not limited to:

  • Change of mind or buyer’s remorse

  • Incorrect product selection by the customer

  • Compatibility, configuration, or integration issues

  • Software, licensing, or firmware-related matters

  • Performance expectations or preference-based claims

  • Normal wear and tear

  • Damage caused by improper handling, installation, storage, misuse, or negligence

  • Any claim reported outside the permitted reporting window


5. Exchange Review & Approval

  • All exchange requests are subject to internal review, inspection, and verification.

  • The Company reserves the right to request additional documentation, evidence, or physical inspection before approval.

  • Approved exchanges will be processed only after receipt and verification of the returned damaged product.

Shipping, handling, and logistics costs related to exchanges will be determined on a case-by-case basis.


6. No Warranty or Guarantee

Unless explicitly stated in writing:

  • The Company provides no warranties, express or implied

  • No guarantee of fitness for a particular purpose is provided

  • Manufacturer warranties, if applicable, are governed exclusively by the manufacturer’s terms and conditions


7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted under Texas law, the Company shall not be liable for:

  • Indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages

  • Loss of business, data, revenue, or profits

  • Delays caused by shipping carriers, customs, force majeure, or third parties

The Company’s total liability, if any, shall be strictly limited to the original purchase price of the product.


8. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

This policy shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Texas, United States, without regard to conflict of law principles.

Any disputes arising from or related to this policy shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in the State of Texas.


9. Final Authority & Policy Changes

The Company reserves the sole and absolute right to:

  • Accept or reject any exchange request

  • Interpret this policy at its discretion

  • Modify, amend, or update this policy at any time without prior notice


10. Policy Acceptance

By purchasing from the Company, the customer confirms that they:

  • Have read and understood this Refund & Return Policy

  • Agree that no refunds will be issued

  • Accept that exchanges are limited and conditional as defined herein

Note: This policy is legally binding and applies to all domestic and international customers without exception.
